Solo Exhibition at Gosforth Civic Theatre

Jane's new solo exhibition opened this week at the esteemed Gosforth Civic Theatre, Newcastle and both Lily and Jane popped in to take a look!

The first artist to hold a solo art show in this historic theatre, the exhibition features artworks inspired by films such as Blade Runner, Watchmen, Hero and 2046.

GCT is passionate about cinema as well as theatre & the arts and they have a few surprises up their sleeves during the exhibition!

Revered visitors to the theatre include Ken Loach who attended the screening of his film Spirit of '45' last year. The theatre is run by Liberdade Community Development Trust who works with people with learning disabilities and autism in the North East of England and 20% of artwork sales goes directly to Liberdade.
